“Access is governed by verification; value is governed by proof.”

Alfonso Cahero, Chairman and Founder of Cahero Family Office

Qualified Reserve Acquisition

Controlled private access to reserve-backed digital instruments under institutional governance.

The Path to Verified Access

Qualified Reserve Acquisition defines the process through which accredited and institutional participants may access reserve-backed digital instruments within the Cahero environment.  It is a regulated and verified path, not a public sale or offering.  The process exists to ensure that all participation aligns with international securities law, compliance frameworks, and the Family Office’s doctrine of permanence.

The program’s purpose is to provide lawful, transparent access to verified reserves while maintaining the highest standards of due diligence.  Each step—accreditation, verification, and settlement—is designed to comply with Rule 506(c) of Regulation D for U.S. participants and Regulation S for non-U.S. participants.  Cahero Family Office does not solicit or advertise investments; it provides a compliant environment where qualified entities may engage under exemption.

Every transaction within this framework is custodially managed.  Digital instruments representing verified reserves are issued through controlled private placements.  Custody, audit, and compliance oversight are performed under international standards and reflected through Cahero’s proof-of-reserves governance.  No speculative trading or secondary promotion is permitted within this structure.

Participants undergo a comprehensive Know-Your-Customer (KYC), Anti-Money-Laundering (AML), and accreditation verification process prior to approval.  Only after verification can an entity or individual access documentation, audits, and subscription materials through the secure digital portal.  This system safeguards both regulatory integrity and participant confidentiality.

All reserve-related documentation—audits, insurance summaries, proof-of-reserves reports—is provided exclusively through the secure access portal once accreditation is confirmed.  This ensures transparency without public disclosure.  Each document is prepared under audit and legal review, establishing a verifiable chain of custody between physical reserve and digital representation.

Qualified Reserve Acquisition extends the Family Office’s philosophy of governance into its distribution framework.  By regulating participation through law, audit, and verification, Cahero ensures that every reserve-backed digital instrument remains a symbol of permanence rather than speculation.  Access is a privilege of compliance, not an act of commerce.

Framework of Qualified Access

The following sections describe the sequential process by which accredited and institutional participants engage with the Sovereign Reserve System.  Each stage—eligibility, acquisition, verification, custody, and settlement—forms part of a unified compliance architecture that protects both the institution and its participants.

Eligibility

Participation is limited to accredited investors as defined under Rule 501(a) of Regulation D and non-U.S. persons as defined under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.  Each participant must complete identity verification, accreditation certification, and jurisdictional eligibility review.  No retail or unverified participation is permitted.

Acquisition Process

Once verified, participants receive access to the Family Office’s controlled private-placement documentation via the secure portal.  Subscription and settlement occur within regulated banking and custodial frameworks.  Each issuance is recorded under the Office’s proof-of-reserves ledger and confirmed through audit.

Reserve Verification

Prior to any issuance, the underlying reserve is independently audited and insured.  Verification reports are reviewed by external auditors and recorded within the institutional ledger.  Participants may view summarized audit data through the secure portal; full technical documentation is reserved for post-subscription compliance review.

Custody & Transfer

Digital instruments are held under institutional custody compliant with applicable digital-asset regulations.  Transfers, where permitted, occur only between verified participants after expiration of holding-period requirements under Regulation D or Regulation S.  Cahero Family Office does not maintain or operate public exchanges or liquidity programs.

Secure Access Portal

The Secure Access Portal is the sole interface through which qualified participants engage with the Cahero environment.  Through this platform, users complete KYC/AML, accreditation, and documentation review.  Data security, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance are enforced by design.  The portal is invitation-based and inaccessible to unverified users.

Legal Notice

Reserve-backed digital instruments are informational representations of verified reserves governed by private-placement exemptions.  They are not public securities or investment contracts.  Cahero Family Office makes no representation regarding future value, market performance, or liquidity and provides no redemption or yield obligations.

Verification transforms access into trust.

Cahero Family Office operates as a private financial custodianship and does not offer investment advisory services or public securities offerings.  Reserve-backed digital instruments are distributed solely through controlled private placements under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.  Participation is limited to accredited and institutional investors who complete KYC/AML and accreditation verification within the Secure Access Portal.  Cahero Family Office makes no guarantees regarding market value or liquidity.
